Over the years I have had Nycole do massages for me and have found her to be very competent and knowledgeable in working with my different ailments and me. She is professional in talking with you and discussing your pain and needs. She informs you of the treatment she plans for you and how it will affect you. During the massage she will, if you are not relaxed and resting, ask if the pressure she is using is comfortable for you. I find this to be reassuring in that it lets me know she is in tune with my body and is aware of it and what it needs.
I would recommend her to anyone in need of massages for health reasons, pain, or just to relax their muscles.
