Utah Prenatal Massage…love your baby

Monica Faux-Kota, L.M.T.

monica_bigThrough my own experience, I have realized that the journey from pregnancy to giving birth and caring for an infant is tremendous and full of a wide range of emotions, physical adjustments and mental challenges. It was the most exhausting and intense, yet educational and rewarding year of empowerment I have had.

Having personally experienced the benefits of massage throughout my pregnancy, I can honestly say that it had a positive impact on my physical, mental and emotional well-being throughout those 40 weeks. I believe massage contributed to the good health of my pregnancy and my subsequent beautiful birth experience.

I am dedicated to providing my clients with the many benefits of massage, during all stages of pregnancy, most importantly the reduction of stress that it offers. I encourage women to continue caring for themselves postpartum when the benefits of massage are needed more than ever before.

Pregnancy, birth and raising quality children are enormous commitments that should be nurtured, supported, praised and celebrated. Allow me to help you enhance those experiences by providing you with the therapeutic qualities of touch.
